Represents injured persons in all types of personal injury cases, at all stages from on-site investigation to trial through appeal, if necessary.
Construction Accidents: Bill has extensive experience in representing workers who have been injured in construction accidents. He understands the complexities of multi-party litigation involving the negligence of general contractors, subcontractors, and property owners. He is familiar with OSHA and safety regulations, the violation of which may lead to catastrophic injuries
Premises Liability:
Bill has handled dozens of cases in which individuals were injured because of an unsafe condition on property owned or controlled by defendants
Wrongful Death: Bill has successfully handled numerous wrongful death cases caused by the carelessness of individuals and large corporations
Automobile and Truck Accidents:
Bill represents persons who have received significant injuries from automobile and truck accidents, including maximizing the recoveries of his clients. In addition, he makes sure that all of the available insurance coverage is identified and pursued, including uninsured, underinsured, and no-fault motorist coverage
Product Liability:
Bill has obtained large recoveries from manufacturers of defective products, including ladders, tire shredders, oil rigs, mechanical equipment, and other dangerous machines that have killed or maimed innocent victims
